    - The process of resolving complaints in return for customers will be supported to resolve within 7 (seven) working days as soon as we send email confirmation to you about the status of the product.
    - Regarding the form of exchange, we will only return and exchange products of the same type with the customer who originally ordered or other products with the same price or more than the price (customers make additional money). Exchange cost will be borne by Hi-Tech if it detects that the defect belongs to the supplier's product.
    - In case the product that the customer has received is defective and no similar product is replaced, we will be responsible for reimbursing the customer for the amount paid when buying the product if the customer requests.
