    Products purchased at Uno are warranted and repaired.

    This service is created to serve customers to ensure the best quality products, worthy of customers.

    Warranty conditions and time: Warranty support period from date of purchase: 3 months from date of purchase.

    Conditions apply:

    • Customers who buy products at Uno will have free warranty for the following cases: Open glue, thread ends, broken key chains, decorative patterns (bow, buttons, flowers, ...)
    • When providing warranty, customers must provide invoices (delivery slip) and warranty card of the product.
    • Processing time warranty: From 1 to 20 working days from the date the factory receives the product depending on the degree of damage to the footwear.
    • Not support for products with notice: not applicable return - warranty.

    Warranty receipt location:

    • At all Uno marketing stores nationwide.
    • Biti's online store at locations: 95/6 Tran Van Kieu, Ward 10, District 6

    Note: In case of expiration of warranty period, footwear is damaged due to natural wear or impact from outside, CHTT takes over the warranty, but the cost of repair and transportation will be paid by the customer. Delivery is slow, Slow trend is not covered.
